If you smell gas or in an emergency, shut off the gas immediately and call the emergency picket.

Available 365 days a year, the 24-hour emergency picket is prepared to respond to any emergency situation for Rubis Gás customers in bottles, bulk and pipelines.

• If possible, cut off the gas supply;
• Immediately air the place by opening doors and windows;
• Do not make a fire or turn on switches, bells or other electrical equipment;
• Do not use cell phones/telephones near the leak.
